The increased popularity of Angry Birds says simply that today's media culture is bored with the simplicity of everyday life. The media world is looking for something to fill there time while their waiting in line, the hospital, on a train, in a cab or on a plane. they want something to keep their minds busy while going through the motions. its a distraction from the real world, no matter how stupid the game may seem. as for the "Neknominations" I don't agree with them at all. my dad said that my generation is way smarter than his when it comes to drinking and driving. but id have to say i agree on one side, but on the other hand we are way stupider. the fact that at our age we find drinking so boring that we feel the need to be idiots about it.
